Baked Beans

1 cup salsa
1/4 cup molasses
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
16 oz. can of black beans, rinsed and drained
16 oz. can of white beans, rinsed and drained (I used kidney, it doesn't matter)
1 Tbsp. lime juice (I used lemon juice)

Mix all ingredients together in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 4 - 5 hours.
Makes 5 servings.

I got more compliments on these baked beans!  The best part is that they are only 1/2 g total fat per serving and 250 calories per serving.  51 g carbs if you care.
